ECU Quality Control. Each of the ECUs must reliably:
– Remain online and active;
– Lock and unlock upon server command via 3G, 4G;
– Deliver a receipt to the operator upon being locked;
– Deliver a heartbeat, with coordinates every 2 seconds during the trip and 4 minutes when locked;
– Deliver a location ping on request to the server;
– Have access to 3G, 4G for the purposes of tracking, locking and unlocking;
– Be updated periodically and Buyer shall be notified of such updates;
– Be updated by software tools provided by Seller;
– Be able to be customized by uploading data files (eg. Voice file).
